Prepared Appellant's brief and argued successful appeal of multi-million dollar judgment
before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.
Tried jury verdict cases before Federal and State courts in Massachusetts, New York,
Vermont and Washington, D.C.
Successfully represented employers in union organizing campaigns at foodservice sites.
Served as employers' counsel in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination
and wage and hour claims.
Wrote and filed amicus curia briefs with the Supreme Judicial Court in cases affecting the
rights of holders of Alcoholic Beverages Licenses and the Powers of Regulatory Agencies.
